We have a simple fee structure of one upfront cost of £295+vat. Please click here to view a summary of our fees.
As our standard fee is not based on commission, you will only pay £295+vat, no matter what the value of your property.
Unlike traditional high street estate agents, 121move.co.uk is purely an online estate agent. This means that we do not have some of the costs, such as a shopfronts, additional staff and company cars that other agents have.
Your property will be marketed by 121move.co.uk.co.uk and all the major web portals until sold or until you choose to take the property off the market.
As we are an Estate Agent, the usual rules apply. If your contract with your agent is a Multiple Agent Agreement then you can list your property with us at the same time. If the property sells through 121move.co.uk, you would not have to pay any commission to the other agent. If you have signed a sole agency contract, you may be liable to pay a fee to the agent if you have instructed 121move.co.uk to sell your property within your contract period. 121move.co.uk advise you to contact your current agent and enquire.
121move.co.uk offers a free valuation guide for your property. If you wish to seek your own independant valuation, you can use online services such as hometrack.co.uk or mouseprice.com. Alternativily you will find that a lot of estate agents will offer a no obligation valuation of your property.
A HIP is a Home Information Pack. A HIP will contain an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and documents such as a sale statement, searches and evidence of title. Viewings are arranged through our unique 121move.co.uk messaging centre or by telephone during office hours. Sellers can use the Viewing Calander tool to organise viewings and mark dates and times they would prefer to conduct viewings. Viewings are requested via emails and messages sent to your 121move.co.uk messaging centre. 121move.co.uk does not conduct viewings.
Currently all offers must be made by contacting 121move.co.uk on 0844 800 4990 so that we can send out a memorandum of sale to all parties and their solicitors.
