After a few months, the viewings seemed to dry up, so I asked for a Rightmove statistics report to be prepared and then talked to the staff about a few ideas to generate fresh interest. With their agreement, I altered the pricing structure and uploaded a few new pictures, which showed the garden in Spring and a different angle of the front of the house. Nothing was too much trouble and it was all attended to very quickly, accurately and efficiently.
